Shipping and Purchase Terms

Payment with Klarna

Use Klarna to pay us easily and securely with VISA, MasterCard, or internet bank (Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea, and Danske Bank).

Payment with Klarna Invoice

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your goods. The credit period for this purchase is 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent along with the delivery.

TERMS OF PURCHASE – BUSINESSES

1. Purchase

A purchase agreement is only concluded when PDR Trading AB has confirmed the order via an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received (on business days). If the delivery time changes, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is shipped.
PDR Trading AB retains ownership and reclamation rights of all products until full payment has been received from the customer.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us, and we must be able to verify your residential address.


2. Prices

Prices in the shop can be displayed with or without VAT (25% for orders within the EU). Once the order is confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond the control of Bilvardsprodukter.net. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency fluctuations, or changes in VAT.
No handling fees are added. If the price changes, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.


3. Shipping

Businesses – Invoice: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping price afterward if the goods exceed normal dimensions or weight.

NOTE! Shipping to Gotland may incur higher charges due to a Gotland surcharge.

Dangerous Goods Price List
A fixed fee of SEK 395 excl. VAT applies to orders of products classified as dangerous goods.

Flat Rate / Free Shipping
Shipping is charged for all orders sent, but if the order amount exceeds SEK 5000 excl. VAT, the goods are delivered free of charge.
Any surcharge for dangerous goods applies regardless of flat-rate or free delivery.


4. Payment Options / Terms

4.1 Invoice (Business customers only)

There is no fee for invoice payments. We offer 30-day credit to companies and always conduct a credit check before delivery.


5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on business days are usually processed the same day and delivered within 1–2 days in Sweden.

We reserve the right that all stock items may sell out before the website is updated. In such cases, we will inform customers of the estimated delivery time. Customers always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if the item is not in stock.
Packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to a service point or sent by mail.


6. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays from our suppliers occur beyond our control—e.g., if a supplier cannot fulfill their obligations or there are manufacturing problems. In such cases, we disclaim responsibility for any damage caused by the delay.
You will always be informed if the delivery is delayed. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost due to a delivery delay.


7. Transport

PDR Trading AB is responsible for the transport to you as the customer. You and the shipping company are responsible for any returns.


8. Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty item, contact us as soon as possible at info@pdr-trading.com.

If you discover damage to the package, report it immediately to the post office or carrier and file a damage report. Do not accept a damaged package!
If the damage is discovered after opening and is due to transport, contact the carrier and file a damage report.
If a dispute with DHL or the carrier cannot be resolved, contact us.
If you order and do not pick up your parcel before it is returned to us (within 14 days), we will charge you for the return shipping and handling: SEK 250 + VAT.


9. Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

We comply with the Swedish Distance Selling Act:

Private customers have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer always pays for return shipping, even if the order exceeds SEK 10,000 net.

We also offer a 14-day exchange right for unused products from the order date.


10. Complaints

We follow the Swedish Distance Selling Act (minimum 14 days):

If you want to make a complaint about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Preferably notify us via email at info@equipauto.se before sending anything.
Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return.
Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendations of ARN (the National Board for Consumer Disputes).


11. Refunds

Refunds are made either directly or via Klarna.
The amount, excluding shipping, is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase as soon as we have received and approved the return.


12. Disclaimers

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant supplier price changes, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control.

13. Personal Data Protection

When registering and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our business solely to fulfill and provide the service you expect from us.
According to the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect or irrelevant, you may request correction or deletion. Contact our customer service for this.
We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.


14. Unclaimed Packages

If your package is delivered to a service point, you will be notified via email or SMS.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address, and email address you provide are correct.
If you do not collect your package, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged.


15. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor conflict, government decision, or similar events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which affect our ability to fulfill agreements, we shall be released from our obligations.
