When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and you always pay after you have received your goods. The credit period for this purchase is 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent in connection with delivery.

TERMS OF PURCHASE COMPANY
1. Buy
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when PDR Trading AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received (weekdays). If the delivery time in the order is changed, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the goods have been shipped. PDR Trading AB has ownership and right of withdrawal to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age and we must be able to determine the customer's residential address.
2. Price is
The prices in the shop can be displayed with or without VAT (25% for orders within the EU). When an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond Bilvardsprodukter.net's control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
3. Shipping
Company – Company invoice – We reserve the right to change the shipping price afterwards if the goods exceed the normal proportions and kg.
NOTE! Shipping prices to Gotland may be higher than in the rest of Sweden due to the Gotland surcharge .
Price list Dangerous Goods
A fixed price is added for ordering products classified as Dangerous Goods of 599 SEK excluding VAT.
Fixed price / Free shipping
Shipping is charged for all orders that are shipped, but if the amount of the goods exceeds 5000:- excluding VAT or more, the goods will be delivered free of charge . However, any charge for dangerous goods will be charged regardless of the fixed price / free delivery.
4. Payment options/payment terms
4.1 Invoice (For companies only)
The fee for paying by invoice is SEK 0. We provide 30 days of credit to companies and always conduct a credit check before delivery.
5. Deliveries
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are normally processed the same day and are normally delivered within 1-2 days within Sweden.
We reserve the right to sell out of all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we will inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase without charge if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent as mail.
6. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill their delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim any liability to the customer for any damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.
7. Transportation
PDR Trading AB is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of any return to us.
8. Damaged goods
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible via email to info@pdr-trading.com.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and file a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the carrier, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with DHL or the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (14 days), we will invoice you for the return shipping and handling: 250:- plus VAT
9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal . This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping, even if the goods exceed SEK 10,000 net.
As a customer of ours, PDR Trading AB also offers the right to exchange your product within 14 days of ordering. This only applies to unused products.

If you wish to make a complaint about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us via email for further instructions. It is best to notify us via email info@pdr-trading.com before sending anything. Please include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
11. Refunds
Refunds are made either directly or via Klarna. The amount, excluding shipping costs, is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.>
12. Reservations
We reserve the right to change prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, typos or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
13. Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service that you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In this case, please contact our customer service. We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.
14. Unclaimed package
If your package arrives at a drop-off location, you will be notified via email or text message. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and email address you have provided are correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
